A dedicated problem solver, Mandi Clay, Esq., is a seasoned litigator, mediator, arbitrator, and real estate agent. She has experience in state and federal court, as well as in agency actions and private arbitration. Mandi has experienced the practice of law from both sides of the bench, having clerked for U.S. District Judge Gregory A. Presnell and U.S. District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell, both in the Middle District of Florida.
She now mediates and arbitrates a wide variety of civil disputes including labor & employment; consumer rights; HOA disputes; commercial litigation; and real estate disputes (commercial and residential). Mandi prides herself on mediating and arbitrating with empathy and emotional intelligence. She works hard to understand each case from all points of view so that all parties and their attorneys know that they have been heard and understood.
